Taking Stitches out
February 7th 2017
2 week post op.. Second cast and stitches are coming off, I'm so exited!!! But first I had to get some mobility so I rented a wheel chair, my friend Soraya came with me and took me to my next doctors appointment. As you can see in the video my leg is really skinny, the swollen is going down and they are taking my stitches off. Next is to wait 4 more weeks to come back and hopefully remove the pins that are holding the plates and screws to my bones.
This is how my foot looks after taken stitches off, I will be able to wash it and make it cleaner.
